We understand how important a television can be, especially in this age of internet based streaming. We've got the knowledge and experience to get you back online, and back to the Big Game, latest blockbuster, or that Must-See! episode everyone is talking about!
Unfortunately, a physically cracked or damaged screen is always more expensive to fix than just purchasing a new television. If you're not sure if your screen is cracked, or if something else is wrong, we're here to help. Just take a picture of your television while it's turned on and send it to us so we can help diagnose if a repair is possible.
There is a $65 labor fee for documentation for insurance claims. We provide written documentation of the damage, and a breakdown of parts and labor fees.
Note: For liability reasons, we can not provide documentation based on photos. Televisions will need to be brought into our facility for a full inspection. Additionally, as we must comply with CA E-Waste laws, devices will need to be picked up in order to receive the documentation.
